My friend made them for me actually.

She took a pair of plain white keds and found out a way to make boot covers for them. We then sewed them to the shoes. Well one was sewn, the other was glued, but I'd reccomend the sewing method. XD. But we had a hard time keeping them up, so I ended up taping the tops with carpet tape to my socks.
